Tiago Bessega

Born in Cotiporã, city located in the "Serra Gaúcha", is trained in chemistry degree from the Federal University of Santa Maria. Member of the research group since 2004, where he started the scientific initiation, studying coordination polymers derived from selenium, under the supervision of prof. Burrow. He is currently working in his PhD thesis. His main area of interest is related to the synthesis of coordination polymers and their characterisation through analysis by single crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy.
